Service Advisor

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Facilitation: Conduct training 70% of available time. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Preparation: Thorough preparation of all materials, training aids and components before every course. Identify weak area activities as required to support Academy objectives. Management: Resource management, Compliance administration management, Relationship management and customer service. Reporting and representations. Capturing of all grading results on Oasis. Participation in development and implementation of Skills Olympiad
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum NQF 5 (240 Credits) or N5 plus relevant trade qualification (Qualified Technician)
Minimum – 3yrs training/teaching position
Computer literacy
Dealer experience preferable
Master Toyota Service Adviser/Qualified Service Adviser will be an advantage
